I has question! Sorry if I'm waaaaay off. Were you on MTV's true life by any chance for something completely non-related to weight loss?
Yep! This was the episode:

And now for a well-deserved cuppa tea.
I got seriously flustered when I went shopping for pants earlier today. My waist is too big my butt is too small my calves are too short. I’m about to give up on clothes all together. END THE TYRANNY AND OPPRESSION OF FABRIC COVERING OUR SHAMEFUL NAKED BODIES. For real, though, isn’t shopping the fun part? At least I got to find out my new dress size. According to a pair of secondhand Anne Taylor black corduroy pants, I’m a size 6, down from a size 16.
I’m going to give shopping another try tomorrow. Gotta hit the town in this new body. Hello City.
Happy Mother’s Day!
I’m down another pound today (new low score: 143.5) but as this was my first day of P3, I suspect that won’t last long. I had a bunch of salad with hard boiled eggs and blue cheese and a pot of coffee with half and half… Oh, man. For a minute there, I could have been a stock photo of a woman laughing alone with salad. That was one tasty salad.
Speaking of salad, my mom is awesome! (It’s 2:30 am. YOU come up with a better segue.) For a few Halloweens of my young life, I was too fat to fit into regular costumes, so my mom made them by hand. I was like Churita Chen from Donnie Darko in a handmade Ariel costume.
Every day I strive to be as selfless, giving, self-reliant, patient, and compassionate as my mom. She’s a classy lady. And fellas, she’s sin-gllllle!
